Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days (100 days for art prints, i.e. posters and framed posters) without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is 14 (100 days for art prints, i.e. posters and framed posters) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can request the return via your account (see: "Return"), or you must contact us [Boutique de l´Art - Thomas Munns, Herderstraße 18, 50931 Cologne, Germany, email: service@boutiquedelart.com] via a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can electronically fill out and submit the model revocation form or any other clear statement on our website (insert Internet address). If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You have the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days (100 days for art prints, i.e. posters and framed posters) from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract, to us or to (here are the name and to insert the address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods) to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days (100 days for art prints, i.e. posters and framed posters) has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of cancellation does not apply to long-distance contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive,
- for the delivery of goods clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
- for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Return shipment
To request a return, click on the profile symbol in the shop navigation.
1. Login to your account:
- In the **Email** field, enter your email address and then click **Next**.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our shop and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
- Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
2. Click on the order you want to send the return for.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
5. Click **Request a Return**. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
Refunds
When we have received your return, we will check the item(s) for possible depreciation. If the item has not been returned in its original condition as a result of its use and has therefore suffered a loss in value, we grant the right to demand compensation. The amount of compensation is determined individually and will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. Your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
