Thank you very much for your interest in our products.
We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it.
Request a return
To request a return, click on the profile icon in the shop navigation or click on the following link:
Log into your customer account
1. Login to your account:
- In the **Email** field, enter your email address and then click **Next**.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our shop and copy the six-digit verification code in the email.
- Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
2. Click on the order you want to send the return for.
3. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
5. Click **Request a Return**. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
Refunds
When we have received your return, we will check the item(s) for possible depreciation. If the item has not been returned in its original condition as a result of its use and has therefore suffered a loss in value, we grant the right to demand compensation. The amount of compensation is determined individually and will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. Your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
