We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it.

 

Request a return

To request a return, please email us at service@boutiquedelart.com and provide your order number. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

 

Refunds

When we have received your return, we will check the item(s) for possible depreciation. If the item has not been returned in its original condition as a result of its use and has therefore suffered a loss in value, we grant the right to demand compensation. The amount of compensation is determined individually and will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. Your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited within 14 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
